We have over 17 years of combined experience in the event industry. Our coordinators have directed over 300 events in the last seven years.
We are based in Memphis and proudly serve the Mid-South region including Jackson, Jonesboro and Oxford. Additionally, we are equipped to provide services in New Orleans, Mobile , Gulf Shores, Kansas City and St Louis. We love to travel and are always delighted to manage events in new places and work with new vendors.
Kathleen is our compulsive worker bee and "Big Kahuna". She creates masterful timelines, builds functional floor plans and coordinates wedding day chaos.
Kathleen has worked in many facets of the event world including venue management, floral design and catering With nearly two decades of experience in the local wedding industry, her ongoing relationships with reputable and talented vendors is a true asset to any client planning an event in the Memphis area.
When she isn’t orchestrating exceptional events, she is likely to be found listening to Jimmy Buffet on her patio surrounded by banana trees and bulldogs. Her husband Shane runs our sister company, Pineapple Freeze which supplies ice and coolers for private events.
Carrigan is a skilled vendor wrangler and a champion when it comes to keeping your event on schedule. She is also a total ace when it comes to directing ceremonies that include small children and fur babies.
She is a student at the University of Memphis and is an experienced volleyball coach. Carrigan loves to spend her down time at lake with her friends and family.
Charlotte has extensive event management skills. She has served as a catering manager for multiple Memphis companies for the past two decades and our clients just rave about working with Charlotte as their lead coordinator.
Charlotte is an excellent task manager who has a keen eye for those little specific details that truly make an event special and worry free.
Her free time is shared with her adorable children, her husband Paul and her fabulous rescue pups.
Morgan is true task master! She assists our lead coordinators on the day of your event. Morgan helps us set up personal items, table linens and aides our team in managing your event activities. She is a wonderful doze of 'human prozac' in our chaotic world keeping our clients (and us!) cool calm and collected at all times.

Carrie is fantastic at transforming an empty venue into a breathtaking event space. She a set-up and break down maven, a masterful room flipper and a queen of coordination!! Carrie loves helping our clients stay calm and carefree on their event date.
When she isn't helping to bring our floor plans to life, you can find her enjoying time with her two boys and their sports activities.
Casey is our magical unicorn. He arrives on your event day and brings all the details to life!! Casey spent many years managing event rentals for weddings, corporate events and large festivals- so we were thrilled when he joined the Pineapple Crew. He is brilliant when it comes to floor plan design and helping our clients select unique furnishings and textiles. Casey is guaranteed to suggest those little extras to make your event truly extraordinary.
Being a social butterfly, he knows all the best people in the industry...and we just love that about him!!
