We plan weddings with grace, grit and great snacks! We are award winning consultants who provide planning assistance and event management services. Our goal has always been to save our clients time and money.
We have over 20 years of combined experience in the event industry. Our team has directed over 350 events in the last eight years.
We are based in Memphis and proudly serve the Mid-South region including Jackson, Jonesboro and Oxford.
We love to travel and are always delighted to manage events in new places and work with new vendors.
Kathleen Davenport
Kathleen is our dedicated "Big Kahuna" and hardworking event planner. She crafts fluid timelines, designs functional floor plans, and manages the hustle bustle of wedding days. With over 20 years of in the local wedding industry, Kathleen has worked in various roles, including venue management, floral design, and catering. Her strong relationships with top-notch vendors are invaluable for anyone planning an event in the Memphis area.
When she isn't creating unforgettable events, you can find her barefoot listening to Yacht Rock Radio on her patio playing with garden plants.
Kathleen occasionally co-hosts the Pop The Question Podcast. She also serves on the executive board of PetWorx, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of pets through education, ownership, spay/neuter programs, and support for local rescue groups.
Dottie Benson
Dottie is an expert in vendor management and a pro at ensuring your event runs smoothly. With over 25 years of experience as a catering manager, she in helping clients design custom menus and serving options.
Additionally, Dottie is a licensed bartender and a cake-cutting expert! Affectionately nicknamed our personal "Care Bear," Dottie radiates kindness and joy she goes. She is also a proud mother of an Ole Miss grad and future olypmic equestrian.
Although Dottie has a busy schedule, dedicates her time to War Horses for Heroes, a local non-profit that offers equ-assisted therapy to veterans dealing with service-related mental or physical.
Morgan Frederic
This lady is an exceptional task master! She worked tirelessly as an event assistant and is now leading events like a pro!
Morgan assists with personal items, table linens, and helps vendors manage all activities on the wedding day. She brings a wonderful dose of positivity in our hectic environment, keeping our clients (and us!) and collected.
In her free time, Morgan and her LSU-loving husband enjoy crawfish boils and love traveling with adorable daughter, Stella.
Charlotte Wiseman
Charlotte possesses a wealth of experience in event management, having worked as a catering manager various companies in Memphis for over twenty years. Our clients consistently praise her as lead coordinator.
As an exceptional wedding day manager, Charlotte has a keen for the small details that make events truly memorable and stress-free., she collaborates with one of our favorite florists, a talent that proves invaluable on wedding days!
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys the company of her lovely children, her husband Paul, and charming rescue dogs.
Carrie Springer
Carrie is truly one of the most dedicated professionals around! She excels at turning a vacant venue into a stunning event space. A setup and breakdown expert, a skilled room designer, licensed bartender, and a coordination queen, Carrie ensures our clients remain relaxed and stress-free on their special day.
When she's not busy bringing floor plans to life, you can find her quality time with her two sons and cheering them on at their sports activities.
Casey Stafford
Meet Casey, our rental and floral expert, who brings all the details to life on your event! With years of experience managing rentals for weddings, corporate events, and large festivals, we were excited to welcome him to the Pineapple Posse.
His expertise in floor plan and floral design, along with his knack for helping clients choose unique and textiles, ensures your event will be truly extraordinary with those special touches. A true butterfly, Casey has connections with the best in the industry, and we absolutely adore that about him!
Renee Dauberger
Renee adds a vibrant energy to any gathering, making her an essential addition to our team! As the matriarch of the family behind Perfection DJs, she has connections with everyone in the local party scene.
Plus, she's a licensed bartender! When she's not busy as a mother of three boys, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband at lake on their pontoon boat and traveling in their RV.
Stephanie Bryant
Stephanie is well-acquainted with the wedding industry! With her family's extensive experience in catering and bartending, she began coordinating events with us in 2020 and has become a addition to our diverse team.
Now based in Florida, Stephanie has been collaborating with Kathleen to grow the Pineapple brand in the 30A market. Don't fear, Stephanie still joins the fun here once a month.
When she's not at work, she loves to relax on the beach, enjoying the sand beneath her toes while watching her daughter play.
Meagan Pittman
Meagan became a part of our diverse team in 2024. She quickly mastered the art of transforming ceremony into stunning reception venues. With a sharp eye for detail, a bartending, and excellent event timeline management skills, she excels in her role.
Her previous experience in catering and strong social networking abilities have been fantastic assets to our team.
Tara Jones
Tara is definitely experienced in hosting and managing grand celebrations! With her background as the former venue manager for the Tower Room and extensive years in catering management, we were thrilled to welcome Tara to our team in 2023.
Her established relationships with trusted vendors make her an invaluable resource for our clients In addition to her professional accomplishments, Tara is a devoted Jets and a busy mom of two.
